The objective of the project is using the JIT technique in Oryx Company.

How JIT will help ORYX to develop the supply chain and logistics?
Is the JIT strategy will help ORYX and another companies in Oman?
Is JIT strategy able to apply in ORYX?
If ORYX apply JIT how can they avoid the disadvantages of this strategy?
What are the companies can ORYX dealing with in Oman?
Is these companies are ready and trusted to provide raw materials for ORYX?
The Problem in this company is Supply chain is too long. Explain the supply chain in Oryx divide in 3 stages. First stage is to provide raw materials and storage in their where house. Second stage is process and manufacturing. Third stage is distributions, selling, and export.
Our challenges: The company is already use traditional supply system. How we can persuade the company to use JIT?
