The goal of your Research Paper (RP) is to prove what it takes to become a Master Manager.
The title of your paper will be "competencies of a Master Manager." This assignment will require you to write about the two competencies, identified below, that are important for a managerial leader to possess in managing the execution and driving for results.

2. Negotiating Agreement and Commitment

Conclusion: this is where you summarize the "key" facts that were argued in you paper's body. It is not a redundancy of what you previously wrote in your paper's body. You will describe the key facts your presented, but in stronger selling points that firmly "gets the message delivered.
