The temperature in the stratosphere is -23 degrees celsius

Problem- The temperature in the stratosphere is -23 degrees celsius. Calculate the root-mean-square speeds of N2, O2, and O3 molecules in this region.

When I am calculating this problem I am using the square root of 3RT/M and got 14.9 for N2, 13.9 for O2, and 11.3 for O3. The answer in the back of the book is 472 m/s, 441 m/s , and 360 m/s. Am I missing a conversion or am I doing the problem wrong all together. For R I used 8.314 T I used 250 and M the molar masses.

I need dexterous help to working out the above problem
