The supplier says it would prefer to sell the company a 65

A company uses a 50% solution of NaOH to maintain the pH of water circulated in one of its furnace exhaust scrubbers. The cost of the solution is $200 per ton f.o.b (free on board). The supplier says it would prefer to sell the company a 65% NaOH solution and the company says the water content is immaterial as long as the equivalent costs are the same including freight. If the freight is $15 per ton, what is the max price per ton the company should pay for the 65% solution?
