The success of organizations is often attributed to leadership within the organization. High-performing organizations often have a leader or leaders who leverage their leadership styles into success for their departments/the company. In this paper, you will explore some of these leadership styles in discussing actual cases of leaders who exemplify certain leadership characteristics.

You will select three leadership styles from the list below and will discuss the value of each one in creating a high-performing organization. Choose among the following leadership styles: autocratic, democratic, strategic, transformative, team, cross-cultural, facilitative, laissez-faire, charismatic and coaching. Choose a model for each of the leadership styles you select and discuss the leader’s characteristics, how they exemplify the model, and how their leadership style contributes to a high-performing organization. Be sure to include a description grounded in the literature of each leadership type, followed by a comparison and contrast of the leadership type.

Papers will be between 8-10 pages (not including title page) and will use proper APA formatting.
