The size of the organization affects you depending on your position, a smaller company may expand your job description, and you may have details to deal with within your position, while a larger company you may have a larger department where your role is more defined or you are working with someone within the same position. Technology affects you depending on your position as well, based on if your job could be done manually versus via computer, etc. Personally, if it was not for technology, computers, communication programs, etc., my job would not exist. The mission of your organization affect you if they adhere to it and everything is molded around it. If the strategy and goals are set to follow the mission then everyone is affected, but this is sometimes harder to ascertain.
