- The second leader would be on the other end of the spectrum and be classified as 'poor' or 'needing improvement' by most people.

- For the leader you know/have known personally - please use a pseudonym (fake name) to protect their identity!

- Describe in detail, the skills and attributes of each (one list for the 'great leader' and one list for the 'poor leader').

- Once you have described what makes each fit into their particular category, develop strategies for the 'poor' leader that can be used to make them closer to a 'great' leader.

- Develop an action plan for turning around their behaviors and actions so that they can/or could be a terrific leader of others.
