The Scottish Household Survey is designed to gather information on the composition, characteristics, attitudes, and behavior of both Scottish households and individuals. As part of the survey, all adults are asked about the number of days they could survive on stored food supplies in an emergency. The responses are summarized in the following two-way table by tenure of household.
