"The research conducted by Sendog du, Kocabacak and Guven (2013) concerning 'the relationship between human resource management practices and organisational commitment', was designed in the positivism philosophical framework. The researchers applied quantitative method for collecting data through interviews and questionnaires from four industry sectors in Turkey. Although, efforts have been made to consider all the areas that should be examined, but lack of knowledge or expertise about the nature of the business or the region they chose to examine, faced them with limitation on the way of their studies for creating connection and gathering information, which is crucial in field studies. Furthermore, they failed in delivering a clear analysis of their results, connecting them to the existing literature or proving the practicality of their studies in academic or business areas".
