The relative dielectric constant of the printed circuit

Two microstrip transmission lines are used to fabricate a parallel resonance circuit at a frequency between 1GHz and 2GHz. The relative dielectric constant of the printed circuit board (PCB) is 4 and the microstrip lines have a characteristic impedance of 80W. The length of the microstrip lines are 30mm and 45mm, respectively.
Determine the exact resonance frequency if one of the microstrip lines is short circuited and the other is open-circuited.
