1. The commerce clause is important tin this area. Just how far does it let the Federal government go? What limits are there under the constitution?
2. The regulations issued by Administrative Agencies have the same force and effect as laws passed by the legislature. How is that constitutional? What does that say about our representative form of government? Is it all an illusion? Why or why not?
