The radiology department of Sunshine Health System currently uses FCFS to determine the order in which patients are processed through their system. Management is not sure this is the most efficient way to schedule patients in radiology. The attached data related to patient processing in radiology were collected on a typical day. Using the data, please compare the various sequencing rules (FCFS, SPT, EDD, STR, and CR).
You will need to resequence the data in the order patients will be processed to determine the different results under each of the different sequencing rules. You'll want to include the following columns in each spreadsheet: Patient Sequence, Start Time, Processing Time, Completion Time, Due Time, Tardiness
