Designing Employee Relations research project

- Identify and explain the selected issues to be studied under employee relations
- Review the literatures (At least 4 articles related to ER, preferably from the UAE/Region)
- Develop objectives for the study
- Design the Research Methodology that covers the research questions for the interview/survey covering the topics to be studied under ER and Literature Review

OUTLINE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
- Title of the study ( Examples, Grievance, Industrial disputes, trade unions )
- Meaning and Definition
- Objectives of the study (why the study?)
-Methodology (How the study is done)
- Major Findings (review of related studies: three related research articles, preferably one local, one regional, one international)
- Reflection (what you learn from the study)
- References (APA style)
