The purpose of the BIG IDEA project is to get you thinking about what you would contribute to the world of archaeology given unlimited funds, labor, permits, resources, etc... What big question would you like to answer or specific topic would you like to investigate and how would you do it? What would your idea contribute to the field of archaeology or the world? Be creative and think outside the box. Your only limitations are that your BIG IDEA must somehow relate to archaeology in take place primarily in North America (from the Arctic to Mesoamerica).
