Also, during a recent conversation with the homeowner you learned that they thought heated floor in their master bathroom was part of the scope of the project. Your team did not include it in the scope, schedule or budget.
The homeowner is insistent they want the heated floors. You are now tasked with completing a Change Request Form for heated floors in the master bathroom.
Find a Change Request Form template (Figure 15.1 is a good example) to complete for the two above change requests. You will need to thoroughly think through how these change will impact the project scope, schedule, cost and quality.
Create a Change Request Log that contains information for those two change requests.
Additionally provide a short assignment narrative discussing your thoughts on the assignment, your process for completing it and any challenges you faced.
