The problem with the juvenile justice system is everyone is so secretive of their information because of confidentiality laws, so everyone is paranoid to release any date that could get them in trouble with the law. One thing you will also learn if you go to graduate school, is that statistics can be manipulated very easily and you have to be careful about who is doing the research and why. Thoughts?
