This is answer for my first two question. (My group's topic for the final project will be what is the impact of Asians on American culture. We are basically trying to answer this question: "How has American culture changed with the presence of Asians?" This will divide into many topics going along with the idea to answer this question, such as: pop culture, food, fashion, asian related holidays and festivals, and art. These are just some of the endless aspects of American culture that has been impacted with the presence of Asians.)
