- Critically evaluate the position that email tends to be generally unproductive in the workplace.
- Were you surprised at the volume of email an average employee receives daily? What are the challenges of dealing with this volume of email? How much email would you say you receive daily? Has your volume of email increased? Have you had to change your email habits?
- What do you think of the email "replacement" some businesses are using that is more of a social media tool? In what ways might it be better or worse?
