What were your PDP priorities development goals?
- How come you chose them and, did they change over time?
- What have you done specifically to develop your skills and competencies (eg. what worked / what didn't / what did you learn in the process)?
- What are the results that you achieved through your practice?
- What do you conclude from your learning journey?
- How do you intend to take your future development forward?
