Find at least 2 examples where this issue is currently in the news both good and bad
Provide your proposed solution to the researched issue using ideas garnered in the reading
For this paper, please consider the things we have discussed in the assigned chapters along with our outside reading (articles, The Elephant and the dragon) and class discussion.
