The objective is to start a business and provide as per the requirements, please see the requirements image to understand all that is required the business will be similar to "Just Dial", a small description of the business is given in the business description file. So you have to understand the business of just dial and create a similar business, you can choose any business name.
You need to follow "guideline for business" file for the procedure to create the business plan the other 2 files are parts for the complete plan, you can include them or create your own as per the your wish, but the complete file should look good. And lastly you need to create an 8-10 slide ppt, which shall include the description of the business and other important factors.
