The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and ‘Social Media Firing’: The NLBR says that venting on social media may be a protected concerted activity under the National Labor Relations Act. If the employee says something negative about his/her employer on ‘social media’ (i.e. Facebook), the employer may not be able to fire him/her? What does the law say?
