2. A consultant, who is presently billing 40% of their time to an existing company, has just met with a new potential customer. Estimate the following:
a. The maximum number of hours that a consultant can bill to the new customer.
b. The consultant is responsible for business development and recognizes that they will have to spend about 20% of their time networking and developing proposals. What would a "reasonable" estimate be of the hours that the consultant can bill the new customer.
