The master budget consists of several sub-budgets such as sales budget, expense budgets, purchase budget, capital budget and so on. The output from these budgets goes as input to the cash budget, budgeted income statement and budgeted balance sheet. Let us focus on the last three budgets as they are critical to business sustainability and success. What are the contents /format of any one.
