This may seem difficult to accomplish in today's climate of high CEO salaries and bonus controversies. Critique this standing by utilizing what you have learned in this course from previous activities. Assess the qualities needed for a leader to be successful in today's competitive business environment. Examine leaders who have been recognized within their industries as examples for your analysis. Evaluate their characteristics with respect to this response.
