Debate the strengths and weaknesses of this leader, introducing ways that leadership can be improved.

The list of Motivational Models covered is long and varied. Some of the models are no longer recognized as "good science" by managerial science but are still taught because there are many portions models that yield usable techniques. In some cases part of discredited model have been incorporate a newer.

For your initial discussion submittal I would like you to explore these three "older models" and share with your group which parts of these models are in common use today and which parts were incorporated into the "newer models of motivation."

You can then move on to the newer models, and discuss which you feel are more useful, and why. Do all motivational models apply to all work? Are some more applicable to particular situations?
