The length of human pregnancies from

"The length of human pregnancies from conception to birth varies according to a distribution that is approximately Normal with mean 266 days and standard deviation 16 days. Call the length of a randomly chosen pregnancy .
What is P (Y > 300)? Give your answer to 2 decimal places."
I know to standardize the equation with P(300-266)/16=2.125 but on my table A I get 2.125=.9830 many place I see have different numbers like
"By looking up the Z table it gives you the figure 0.4830

P(Z > 2.125) = 0.5 - 0.4830 = 0.017"
. any one break this down for me?
