Review the seven leadership archetypes. After reviewing the questionnaire, select the one archetype that you feel best describes you based on your current position today. If you are unemployed, use your last position held.
Discuss the archetype you selected and why it fits you best. Gives an example of a leadership action you have taken in your present position that relates to this archetype. Then discuss the archetype you would prefer to fit into rather than where you fit now and state why.
