Leadership Profile The mid-term will consist of a minimum 5-page (not including title, reference page or any appendices) scholarly paper profiling a leader of your choice. The leader may be someone in business, religion, politics, sports, or someone you know personally or professionally. In preparing your paper, you must use a minimum of 3 outside academic sources (i.e., not Wikipedia) to assist you in preparing your profile. Within the profile, you will address the following topics: Why you chose this particular individual His/her leadership attributes/style/approach—this should be the bulk of the paper His/her contributions to an organization, society, or the world Strengths and weaknesses of his/her style/approach/attributes Please include a cover page and References page in addition to the 5 content pages.
