The Laws of Contract DSL Limited decide to buy a ferry on operate it between CMI and Downtown, Kingston. They agreed with the Port Authority to hirer the vessel manage and operate it for three years paying DSL a monthly fee. The Port Authority of Jamaica would be responsible for the master crew and insurance.
