I need assistance with this question: I am not sure if my paragraph structure, grammar and word choices are good.
I believe communication is important within a community to solve problems and create a positive environment with the Police Department and with the black community. Having a positive relationship is a way to improve on engaging other Police Departments to provide the same service with the community; a decrease on violence and participate on activities in the department. Having to live in a state or a city where there is a lack of communication and lack of getting inform of what occurring and not be afraid to call the police for fear of our life. Citizens have to be active and be useful to the community on helping each other as a nation including the law enforcement to stop the "bad boys". The community has to put time and effort to help with the law enforcement on solving and exchanging information positively to stop the crimes and be a strong country from other countries.
