This paper gives a brief overview of our prison design when people are sent to correctional facilities which include individuals who in various aspects may not be willing to comply with the rule of law. Within the correctional facilities, there exists either sentencing to imprisonment, to probation services, community services,complete prison term services, programs, and prison classifications. Prison have diverse uses within the criminal justice system thus has the duty of providing the legal process is deemed applicable at any point. Prisoners classified into various categories varying from hardened offenders to the less severe criminals within the society. The Last Rite Medium Security Prison focus on rehabilitation as therapy and treatments on helping prisoners inside the facility to get them prepared for the outside.
