The isotope 210po eventually decays after two transitions

The isotope 210Po eventually decays after two transitions to stable 206Pb. Polonium was the isotope that was used to kill the former Russian KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko in November of 2006. From the chart of the nuclides, for each of the two decay transitions what are the parent and daughter nuclides, the atomic mass numbers and atomic numbers, the modes of decay and energies, and the half lives of each isotope.
