The Integrated Management Project is designed to:
- develop your capability to think and act strategically
- test your ability to apply the concepts taught and techniques learnt in
STRD, CFG and GBE in a practical setting
- integrate learning on GBE with the learning on STRD and CFG
- build a bridge between course material in the MBA and your own organisation or some other organisation
- provide an opportunity for you to meet your personal development needs and acquire some of the skills and competencies needed for senior management
The main emphasis of the IMP is application. We seek to test your understanding of concepts and techniques through you demonstrating that you have a clear idea of how to apply them in the real world in order to achieve strategic change.
