"This folder contains documents in regards to the Case Study. Case Study 040 contains the information you will use for the assignment itself. The Case Study Format file will provide you with an example of what your case study should look like. The History and Physical file will explain the information that is contained within the case study. As part of the Case Study, you must provide a minimum of 4 differential diagnoses, and you must pick one that best fits the information as your final diagnosis.
