The harvard business review reported an interesting study

The Harvard Business Review reported an interesting study on EQ (Emotional Intelligence). This five year study measured more than 100,000 executives, managers, and employees and found that “EQ scores rise as executives climb the ladder, peaking at the manager level, falling off thereafter, and bottoming out, alarmingly, at the CEO level” (Bradberry and Greaves, 2005, p. 24). Do you see this same trend in your company or organization? What might be the reasons for the trend? How could a company improve this?
