Basically need to finish two tasks, 1) Description of the Industry 2) Selection criteria Company assigned : Swiss Chalet Position/ Selection Criteria: General Manager.
The group decided on the "Restaurant Industry", and selected "Swiss Chalet" as the specific restaurant so we can easily access company information online. You can review their website to draw on information for the description.
It was also decided that we would be interviewing 2 candidates for 1 position, that being a General Restaurant Manager for one of Swiss Chalet's location. I would suggest drafting up some selection criteria, then reviewing them against the Interview Questions, as these 2 tasks closely interact for the selection process.
