To complete:

a. Provide background on this leader and the institution.
b. Analyze the college’s actions, and identify what needs to be done to accomplish the strategic initiatives and mission.
c. Describe any reactions you had to the interview.
d. Describe your reflection on where you see your career going within the framework of higher-education leadership.
e. Include the name, institution, and professional title of the individual you interviewed.
