Assignment: Individual Project
The forward assignment is designed with a view of the goals the course is designed to foster in you. The assignment is the single most valuable assignment for the course requiring you to engage ina research, legal writing and briefing of case(s).
Your task is to write a legal paper related to the topic discussed in class which are listed below.
You are free to choosea legal system and jurisdiction of your own choice. The task does not call for a comparative approach, but elements of comparison are allowed in a process of building of the argument.
Your paper shall be evaluated for the structure and you are expected to organize it into the introduction, main body of text and conclusion.
Please make sure you properly cite the sources, as failure to do so will result in finding of a plagiarism.
Paper formatting requirements: The paper is not to exceed 3 pages in size; Cover page is not invited for; Bibliography is not required; do not include it.
