The following applies to the Property Rights Protection Act except: (1) The Property Rights Protection Act creates a mediation-style process for landowners to resolve disputes with governmental agencies (2) The Property Rights Protection Act is intended to protect the government in the case that it “inordinately burdens” private real property (3) The Property Rights Protection Act creates a way for landowners to be paid if the government does something to the land that decreases its value (4) The Property Rights Protection Act allows the landowner to seek payment in court for the decrease in value to the property
