The fluid travels into the urethra

1) (1) The formation of urine begins with the blood flowing to the kidney begin filtration.

2) The filtrate leaves the renal capsule. It travels via the proximal convoluted tubule where valuable molecules, water, glucose, salts, amino acids are reabsorbed by the blood.

3) The fluid travels into the ureter and is transported it by peristalsis of the vessel wall

4) blood is fed into this structure through the afferent arterioles. It is filtered through the glamerular capillaries and empties into the efferent arterioles.

5) The filtrate fluid travels throught the nephoron loop of Henle where most of the remaining nutrients are reabsorbed.

6) The fluid is then concentrated by the antidiuretic hormone and regulation of the distal convoluted tube. This is where salt is pumped out and water follows by osmosis

7) the fluid travels into the urinary bladder

8) the fluid travels into the urethra, and is excreted from the body

9) the fluid travels into the collecting ducts where aldosterone plays a role in sodium regulations

10) many substances in the filtrate are reabsorbed by blood capillaries around the tubules and renter the general circulation.
