The flowrate q per unit lenght ft2s over the spillway shown

The flowrate (q) per unit lenght (ft^2/s) over the spillway shown below is a fuction of the upstream heah H, the acceleration due to gravity g, and the spillway height P. Using dimensional analysis the following pi term was derived: pi= q/g^1/2*P^3/2 If the length scale (lamda) for modeling this spillway is 1:100, and the model q is 0.12 ft^2/s, what should be the design q used in the full scale system?
