The two circular poles faces an electromagnet, both of radius R = 0.5 m, are oriented horizontally with the North Pole underneath as illustrated with the figure below.

The electromagnet produces a field that is uniform throughout the volume between the faces. The field increased linearly from 0.1T to 1.1T over a period of 10s. Describe the electric field that results in the region between the poles.
