The date() function only allows you return values between 1970 and 2038. Implement additional form verification logic that checks the date, redisplays the last month/year age chart tables displayed, and noticeably alerts the user that they cannot view a calendar year outside these bounds. The user should be able to attempt to go beyond these bounds so that they can receive the informative alert.
