H1N1, SARS, and West Nile virus are just a few of the disease outbreaks that the CDC has reported. You have been called upon to lead one of the investigations. Select a disease outbreak for which you will lead an investigation.

1. Identify and describe the necessary steps to be taken for an investigation of the disease outbreak.
2. For each of the three prevention levels, provide at least two examples of prevention for this disease.
