The cell does not burst or crenate

While working in a cell biology laboratory, you are instructed to make a solution that is iso-osmotic to the cells that the lab uses. The osmolarity of the cells, with all the components within, is known to be 0.3M. If you use sodium chloride to make up the solution, what concentration of sodium chloride (MgCl2) whould you use to make it iso-osmotic with the cell so that the cell does not burst or crentate?
