The case is regarding the issues faced by the American Apparel Company. Need to identify the issues, use appropriate evaluations & tools and lastly draw up a business plan of recommendation. A little lost on what type of tools or evaluation to use as i have identified the issues to be:
1. Misalignment of their advertising ( to sexual)
2. vertical integration
3. CSR (high labor cost to cover up illegal immigrants)
