2. Sam statistics is working for the department of seniors. Minister Mundy wants to decide whether or not she should support the ongoing "stay active , stay well" program for 2016.the program was set up in two communities in last September 2015 to encourage seniors to curry out activities for which they were contributing to their communities.
Sam presents his boss with the following data from two communities, West Isle and East Isle. In each one, seniors have been keeping track of when they have been actively contributing to their respective communities. Sam has compiled the data below.
Sam wants some help to understand the data better. Minister Mundy tells him she wants the data presented in one graph, so she can compare the activities in two communities .The minister also wants to have some understanding of the proportion of seniors involved.
