Virtual reality has longed reigned as the best method for destination e-shoppers to select their choice of stay. This proposal discusses the importance of choosing the right strategies and technologies to create an effective and intuitive 360* virtual tour solution. There are several issues that may arise during the guests' virtual tour of the Inn; the Inn's server may not be able to host the tour, the layout of the inn may be difficult to understand by the guest in relation to where the room is located on the property, or the if the tour can be supported by the Inn's website (Brandon, 2015).
Problem
The business problem to be solved is how to pick the right virtual technology for the virtual tour, keep the IT cost down, and give more control of the Inn's web presence (Laudon, 2011).
