The book report covers two books. Forgotten Americans and Frederick Douglas. Has anyone read this?
The first part,
1. What was the purpose of the book, why was it written, what did it try to accomplish?
2. How did the author try to achieve his or her goals? What tools or strategies did the author use to achieve them?
3. In your opinion, how successful was the author in achieving their goals?
4. Conclusion: What did you learn? What stopped you from learning? Can you relate to either the study of history or to your life? Can you recommend it? Explain.
Finally, (probably the last part in conclusion)
1. IS one of these books superior to the other? How and why?
2. Do they complement each other?
3) Is one more interesting or more informative than the other?
4) Is one unnecessary, or do they paint together a more informative picture?
